"What YOU really ought to know about this PPI scandal"
(And how you could reclaim £2,300 of your money - perhaps more)
Imagine reaching your cash point and finding yourself £2,300 richer. Don’t be so shocked. The money is rightfully yours.
£2,300 is the amount stolen from our average client, who’s been deceived, manipulated and mis-sold payment protection insurance.
One particular claimant was reunited with £31,210,43 - life changing money, you undoubtedly agree.
Yet this was the amount stolen from one person by a company worth billions.
If you’ve borrowed money or used any form of credit in the past 15 years, it’s very possible you too are a victim.
Please call 0800 849 9120 now - or fill in the short form on the right - and discover whether or not you have a case. It costs nothing to find out.
What is PPI and why is it so scandalous?
This hits you 10 times harder than the credit crunch did. Because this time it’s your money they’ve taken.
Since the 1990s, numerous loans, mortgages, credit cards and store cards have been sold with Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). It’s a simple product.
If for some reason you’re out of work, the insurance continues your bill payments. In theory this can be very useful.
However, the prices were often unreasonably high. That’s not all. The unethical way PPI was sold became big money to the banks.
- Staff were placed under huge pressure to sell you PPI. If you bought, they were greatly rewarded.
- Sales people shook customers’ hands, disguised as advisors. Important details were glossed over.
- You might have bought PPI without being told, or having been led to believe it’s compulsory.
- You may even have bought PPI from an ‘advisor’, who knew all along you could never benefit from it.
These aren’t isolated incidents. This was part of the banking culture for well over a decade. PPI was worth an estimated £6 billion to UK banks.
Now they’ve been brought to justice and 30 million policy holders are believed to have a valid claim. Are you one of them?

“We find the banks guilty... again”
A ferocious court battle raged against the banks for years, starting in the early 2000s. Eventually these mighty giants were forced to kneel.
The banks - including Barclays, Nationwide, Santander, Lloyds, HSBC and RBS - have put aside £9 billion.
This is the amount needed to pay back their victims, plus the interest lost and 8% in compensation.
So far we’ve retrieved £15 million from that pile on behalf of clients. Is your money there too?
Call 0800 849 9120 - or fill in the short form on the right - and you can find out free. And if we don’t deliver, you don’t pay a penny.
Our clients reclaim £2,300 on average. If you thought you dropped £2,300 on the floor, you’d risk a quick glance down to check wouldn’t you?
The first step. Do you have PPI?
Finding out is easy.
Check your finance statements. It should be marked as ‘Payment Protection Insurance,’ ‘Card Payment Insurance’ or something else along those lines.
If you can’t find it, call your bank or financier. They can tell you when (if ever) you’ve paid for Payment Protection Insurance.
If you have PPI, now is the time to call 0800 849 9120. It doesn’t matter how ethically you believe it was sold. Below are some common reasons people have been refunded...
A quick checklist to help pre-approve your claim
When you dealt with your lender...
- Were you under 18 or over 65?
- Did you work less than 16 hours a week? PPI doesn’t benefit part-time workers.
- Were you a temporary or contract worker?
- Were you self-employed, unemployed or retired? If so, the insurance is useless to you.
- Did you have an existing illness at the time - mental or physical?
- Were you told pre-existing conditions aren’t covered?
- Were you aware you could soon become unemployed?
- Were you told the insurance was compulsory?
- Were you told the insurance gave you a better chance of securing the loan?
- Were you told the cost of the insurance (or even that you’re paying for it)?
- If you have PPI, were you not aware?
- If you bought online, was there a tick box for PPI? If so, was it to ‘opt in’ or ‘opt out’?
- Did you already have a policy elsewhere that provides PPI cover?
- Were you told the same cover could be bought elsewhere?
- Did you feel pressured to buy PPI?
- Did the agent disclose the total cost of the insurance?
- After the policy was sold, did you receive a copy of the demands?
These are just some of the reasons you could be entitled to thousands of pounds. And there are many, many more.
If you can’t remember such details, don’t worry. We can find out for you. Call 0800 849 9120 - or fill in the short form on the right - and begin the chase in a few minutes with minimal hassle.
Would you phone up the house burglar to ask for your television back?
Of course, you can fight for a PPI refund yourself. But this can be a stressful, drawn out process.
The banks don’t enjoy returning your money. This means paperwork, uncomfortable phone calls, time spent sitting on your hands (or on hold), and endless worrying. Besides...
Can those who stole from you be trusted to give back everything you’re owed?
Call 0800 849 9120 and do away with these worries.
You’re immediately sent 3 pages to fill in - nothing more.
We then fight on your behalf, negotiating with lenders’ liason officers who are otherwise difficult to reach.
You’re updated throughout the entire process. The money you’re owed is delivered promptly. You save yourself weeks of hassle.
At the end, you pay only 12.5% of your pay-out - and just 10% if you win three claims or more. Suppose you win £2,300. You’re spared weeks of stress for just £230.00. This is money you wouldn't otherwise have.
And if you don’t win any money you don’t pay a penny.
Here’s what some of our customers had to say, starting with Deborah Nichol Blyth. She reclaimed £3957,30 and didn’t even believe she had a case...
"Thank you for the service you provided.
"I honestly did not think that I would win my case, a few people I spoke to said that Lloyds TSB were hard nuts to crack but Premier Claims Plus won this for me, and the amount, well I only expected to get at least £1000.00 but to get £3957.30 was great.
"Thank you again for working so hard on my behalf."
-Miss Deborah Nichol Blyth October 2011

"Money I would never had without the excellence service and first class help of Premier Claims Plus.
"The process was very easy and stress free. The hard work and the great communication from Premier Claims Plus during this time was absolutely excellent.
"Natalie Upton was excellent in all my dealings with her; she is a credit to your company! I cannot sing your praises highly enough.
"Do not hesitate to quote this in your marketing, as you were a pleasure to deal with in an age when good customer service can be sadly lacking in many organisations, maybe you should offer some training courses!
"Once again, thank you very much for all your help."
-Mr Nigel Heaton West Yorkshire January 2012
"I just felt it necessary to write to thank you for all your help with my recent claims.
"As you will remember the circumstances were quite unusual and I was very reluctant to go ahead.
"In a world of call centres and sales e-mail boxes it was so refreshing to be able to contact you direct by phone or e- mail and on each occasion if you were unavailable my calls were returned extremely promptly.
"Because of the excellent service you provided I have gone on to not only put another claim in for myself but have also passed your companies details onto numerous colleagues at work.
"Thanks again."
